Knowles Valencia is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, multi-area Production Assemblers to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting production operations across several functional areas including cutting, screening, testing, grinding, and assembly. The ideal candidate is a flexible team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to different tasks and shifts in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and tools in designated areas (cutting, screening, testing, grinder, and assembly) following safety and quality standards.
- Perform setup, calibration, and minor maintenance of equipment as needed.
- Follow detailed instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately complete documentation and records related to production processes and quality checks.
- Monitor product quality throughout the process and escalate any issues to supervisors or quality personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with 5S principles.
- Flexibly support multiple areas as required by production demands
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a production/assembly environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Understanding of safety procedures and adherence to quality standards.
- Able to handle and move objects.
- Ability to work overtime.

One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The pay rate for this role is targeted at $17.00 per hour.
