We're seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our La Jolla, SD office on a hybrid basis. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing global marketing communication programs that strengthen APWireless’ brand. They will also be responsible for promoting business offerings and driving engagement and leading generation across diverse global audiences.

 

Primarily Responsibility: 

  • Develop and execute global marketing communication programs that enhance prospect engagement, consideration, lead generation, and overall business objective
  • Collaborate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to create consistent, high-quality communication materials aligned with the company’s global brand strategy.
  • Oversee messaging consistency across all channels, managing the internal brand center and ensuring adherence to corporate communication standards and naming conventions.
  • Produce a range of marketing communications including announcements, business milestones, case studies, presentations, publications, and blogs.
  • Manage internal and external resources (designers, agencies, copywriters, translators, social media partners) to deliver compelling, multi-language communications that resonate globally.
  • Lead project management for marketing communications initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Plan, manage, and measure organic social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
  • Drive content and asset development, including collateral, campaigns, and other brand materials to support global initiatives.
  • Create and maintain an annual communications roadmap, including external audience engagement touchpoints and an integrated social media content calendar.
  • Monitor and report on communications performance, providing updates on project progress, implementation timelines, and campaign results.
  • Partner with analytics teams to conduct message testing, track market research, and benchmark competitive positioning, using insights to optimize communications strategy.
  • Continuously improve marketing communications programs, identifying opportunities for greater reach, impact, and alignment with business goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

 

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing communications roles.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns, preferably in a global environment.
  • Experience in social media marketing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the wide variety of marketing channels.
  • Demonstrable experience developing recommendations leveraging marketing database, email, website, social media, or other marketing communications channels.
  • Project management experience.
  • Fluent in the following language/s preferred: Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French.

 

Technical Skill: 

  • Microsoft Office proficiency. (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Internet and database management (Microsoft Dynamics, Power Bi)

 

Soft Skills: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-development skills resulting in long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise problem-solving and innovative-solution mindset to efficiently resolve issues.
  • Self-motivated; able to complete tasks and respond to department requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions.

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 + bonus potential

Please note, the pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, department budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
