Factory is seeking Senior Enterprise Account Executives with proven experience selling developer tools and AI platforms into complex enterprise environments. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our most strategic accounts and help shape Factory’s enterprise go-to-market strategy alongside leadership.
What you will do and achieve:
Lead Factory’s engagement with Fortune 500 and other top-tier enterprise accounts, targeting CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and C-level decision makers.
Manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently close six- and seven-figure agreements, navigating procurement, legal, security, and compliance with precision.
Work directly with the CEO, VP of Sales, and closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback that influences roadmap, pricing, and positioning based on insights from enterprise accounts.
Educate and guide clients through the technical and practical aspects of implementing AI-driven development tools, addressing any concerns and showcasing the potential ROI.
Collaborate with marketing to refine sales strategies and materials based on market feedback, contributing to the overall growth and success of Factory.
Qualifications:
10+ years of technology sales experience, with 6+ years of enterprise sales focused on developer tools, infrastructure, AI, or other technical products.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a technology-driven sales environment, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish.
Exceptional technical aptitude, capable of quickly learning new technologies and articulating complex solutions in a straightforward manner.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical decision-makers and C-level executives.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. A genuine enthusiasm for AI and software development is a plus.
Prior experience as a sales engineer or in a role requiring deep product demonstrations and technical discussions is highly desirable.
The team goes into the office 5 days a week in San Francisco or New York City.
