RubinBrown is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with daily functions in the Marketing Department across digital media, graphic design, branding, and communications. In this fast paced environment, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for working across multiple marketing functions supporting the goals of the Department and assisting in achieving the firm’s strategic goals.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the team to assist in developing current digital and print content for the firm’s website, social media, communications, brochures and other types of collateral, while also being an active participant in launching and sustaining new initiatives at the firm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Creative Design & Branding (Digital & Print Collateral)
- Updating content across RubinBrown’s digital collateral
- Website(s), social media, intranet, Google listings, etc.
- Updating content for RubinBrown’s printed collateral
- Brochures, ads, biographies, booklets, and more
- Assisting with up-keep of digital documentation and files
- Assisting in design and creation of visuals, and videos for marketing channels, both internally and externally
- Leading headshot photo efforts for the firm
- Updating content across RubinBrown’s digital collateral
- Social Media & Internal/External Communications
- Maintain and serve as administrator of the Firm’s social media accounts
- Posting regular content social media channels (X/Twitter and LinkedIn)
- Developing and monitoring content strategies to post to social media
- Lead efforts to create and distribute communications, both internally and externally
- Assisting with email marketing system
- Organization, scheduling, and creation of email communications
- Administration and management of contact lists
- Assist with RubinBrown’s intranet, as necessary
- Maintain and serve as administrator of the Firm’s social media accounts
- Research, Data Management & Data Entry
- Sponsorship process and administration assistance
- Data entry, review and gathering
- Reporting and statistics
- Managing sponsorship ads and materials
- Measuring and reporting the results of marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Researching and evaluating competitor marketing strategies
- Assisting with and monitoring survey accounts
- Sponsorship process and administration assistance
- Other Duties
- Serving as secondary help with event logistics and management
- Assisting with the Firm’s intranet, as necessary
- Participating in marketing brainstorming sessions
- Assisting the marketing team with special projects
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Recent graduate with a degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design
- Prior internship or professional experience, preferred
- Familiarity with marketing, branding, and design principles
- Knowledge of social media strategies and platforms
- Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and be a self-starter
- Experience with content creation
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage with firm leaders in a professional manner
- Detail-oriented
- Knowledge of HTML, a plus
- The typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Hybrid schedule with in office and remote days
