Responsibilities
- Research and select various carriers and arrange on time delivery
- Utilize carrier pool to arrange on time delivery
- Negotiate rates with carriers to meet target rates
- Track the delivery status with carriers and communicate information with applicable parties
- Provide customer service by providing delivery status
- Audit and process invoices of AP/AR through internal operation system
- Process and report monthly closing
- Utilize TMS to submit and record load information
- Prepare and report service activities weekly to Team Manager using Excel
Qualifications
- A minimum of 0-2 years of freight forwarding experience (not mandatory- will train if necessary)
- Must have experience working with Excel
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be detailed oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize
- Must be a team player and also be able to work independently
- Strong verbal and written skills along with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to focus and work in a high paced multi-tasking environment
- Fluent in speaking English and preferably Korean
