About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Analytics Analyst to join our Sales Operations Process and Technology team. This multifaceted role integrates core business analytics with innovative AI initiatives to streamline sales processes and elevate the customer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, innovation, and delivering customer-centric solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to gathering strategic insights from stakeholders and staying attuned to evolving industry trends.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data and customer feedback to generate actionable insights that improve sales interactions and outcomes.
- Translate data-driven insights into clear business requirements, designing tailored solutions that enhance the sales experience and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and create presentations to communicate improvements, insights, and recommendations across the Sales organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, decision making and customer engagement.
- Conduct prompt engineering and refine AI model inputs to improve performance and accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement projects in the Sales organization.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year+ experience in a business analytics or similar role (internship or project experience acceptable for recent graduates).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent tools.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the Semiconductor industry is a plus
