Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Team Member to join our high-performing operations team. This role is ideal for individuals with proven experience in high-volume distribution environments, particularly with stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday *Overtime As Needed*
Shift: 1st 7:00am-3:00pm
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming finished goods for accuracy and damage
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and care
- Operate stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and cycle counting
- Comply with all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment commonly used in the industry.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Working knowledge of scanning tools.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse or shipping environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended period
