We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to handle the repair and upkeep of our equipment and facility. You'll be responsible for both planned maintenance and emergency repairs to keep our production running smoothly.

Shift: C Team 6PM-6AM, 1-3-3 - Building 3

Hourly Rate: $21.77 - $40.56/hr plus $2/hr shift differential 

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment & Systems Maintenance

• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment (e.g., motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools).

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems (e.g., circuit breakers, controls, automated machines).

• Perform intricate wiring assignments and test circuits for safety and efficiency.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

• Order and requisition parts and maintain detailed repair logs.

Facility & General Upkeep

• Handle various facility repairs, including plumbing, masonry, and painting.

• Perform or oversee maintenance of HVAC systems, grounds, and janitorial services.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Team & Process Support

• Collaborate with engineers to diagnose issues and suggest improvements.

• Contribute to team decision-making and support production goals.

• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste.

Minimum Requirements:

• Trade School Certification  (or Associates) in Industrial Maintenance,  or equivalent journeyman's level training and experience preferred

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Multi-craft (Electrical and Mechanical) Maintenance Technician preferred 

• Strong knowledge of industrial machine repair, plant utility systems, and electrical components (3-phase power, PLC systems, relay logic).

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.

• Must be able and willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests.

• Must be able to lift / push / pull up to 50 lbs.

The base pay range for this position is $21.77 - $40.56 per hour.
