Odyssey House is seeking a Full-Time IT Support Technician to join our IT team!

Location: Salt Lake City
Compensation: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9 am - 5 pm

Job Description:
The IT Support Technician is an entry-level position to support the basic technical needs of employees at Odyssey House. This is a full-time, benefitted position. Schedule may require evening and weekend coverage.
The typical duties, tasks, and responsibilities performed by IT Technicians are:
- Provide onsite and remote technical support
- Respond to assigned IT tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Assist the IT team with the creation and management of logins for all systems for new and existing users
- Install, maintain, and support IT equipment for end users
- Help new employees get set up with their work stations if needed
- Train new employees on how to access their computers, log in to Google Workspace and other applications, and utilize security features when applicable.
- Maintain internal logs and record systems.
- Help maintain systems owned by the IT department.
- Be willing to assist in setting up new sites and working with the IT team on any projects as needed.
- Other IT-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Licensure / Education / Prior Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and responsiveness
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Dependable and reliable
- Great team player, ability to coordinate and work with all members of the Odyssey House family
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Troubleshooting skills and experience
- Willingness and ability to pass a criminal background check
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Must comply with annual TB tests and Flu (and COVID-19 when available) immunization
- Must meet employment eligibility requirements
- Must be able to work variable shifts as needed
- Must have reliable transportation for commuting between job sites (Odyssey House provides mileage reimbursement)
