Fort Jesse Imaging Center is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team! Come and join our team as a Breast Service Specialist for a full-time position at our outpatient imaging center located in Normal, IL.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

POSITION DETAILS:  
The Breast Service Coordinator will coordinate care for the shared mammography service line between the mammography team and sonography team.  

This position plays a vital role in supporting the breast imaging service by ensuring accuracy in scheduling, patient information, and imaging records. This position works closely with the clinical team to facilitate seamless patient care, including confirming appointments, coordinating prior imaging, assisting with risk assessments, and managing follow-up workflows. Additional responsibilities include preparing biopsy and sterile trays, maintaining stock in mammography and sonography rooms, and supporting leadership with special projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

• To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire. 
• Medical Assistant Certification required.
