Job Overview
Curtis Blue Line is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead operations at our Centennial Store. This pivotal role is responsible for driving operational excellence, streamlining inventory and purchasing practices, enhancing customer experience, and cultivating a high-performing, service-focused team. As the face of the store, you will ensure that daily operations and long-term initiatives align with Curtis Blue Line’s mission: to serve those who serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, staff supervision, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and oversee sales orders, purchase orders, quotes, and vendor/customer returns to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance; set clear expectations and lead with a customer-first mindset.
- Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies and ensure consistently exceptional service delivery.
- Prepare reports and status updates as required by leadership.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze product usage data to guide purchasing and vendor decisions.
- Lead efforts to clear obsolete or excess inventory to improve financial health.
- Optimize internal workflows for product handling, patch organization, and quality control.
- Develop quotes, pricing models, and custom catalogs tailored to customer needs.
- Manage and contribute to bid and proposal development.
- Provide coaching and leadership aligned with company values and team development.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Requirements

- Experience with sales and marketing strategies
Qualifications
Experience:
- 3–5 years of direct leadership experience in a retail or sales environment
- Experience in coaching, staff development, and performance management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales, operations, or personnel management
