What You’ll Do
- Execute prep for both our Tasting Room menus and exclusive banquet/private event service
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with a talented culinary team committed to excellence and creativity
- Support seasonal menu development using fresh, local ingredients
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of culinary experience working on a fast-paced farm-to-table line
- Passion for food, hospitality, and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new skills
- Availability on weekends and evenings (banquet/event service often extends into night hours)
