As a Steel Processing Associate, you’ll play a key role in our steel coil manufacturing process, supporting machine operations, ensuring quality, and helping us deliver top-tier products to the automotive industry. If you're a motivated problem-solver with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

- Starting pay at $20/hr (based on experience) + $1.50/hr shift premium for 2nd shift

- Overtime pay: Time and a half after 40 hours, double time after 48 hours
- $180 boot allowance

What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production
- Load/unload materials and assist with packaging
- Perform quality checks using tools and fixtures
- Support machine operators and complete required documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed
- A team player with a positive attitude
Shift Available:
- 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am with training 1st Shift: 7am–3pm (OT: 5am–3pm)
- Saturday OT scheduled in advance
