About the Role:

As a Part-Time Baker based in La Mesa, Mesa, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality baked goods that meet our bakery’s standards for taste, appearance, and freshness. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our bakery by ensuring that products are prepared efficiently and consistently. You will be responsible for following recipes accurately, managing baking schedules, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals. Ultimately, your efforts will help create a welcoming environment where customers enjoy fresh, delicious baked goods every day.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation environment.
  • Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling.
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
  • Availability to work part-time hours, including early mornings and weekends.
