In this role, you will: 

  • Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation program, driving planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Oversee program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations, IT, vendors) to ensure smooth adoption and integration.
  • Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively manage resolution.
  • Ensure system configuration and processes align with business needs and compliance standards.
  • Drive change management, training, and user adoption strategies.

 

Who You Are: 

  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management with ERP implementations.
  • Strong preference for experience with Model N ERP or other revenue management/ERP platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, sales, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • PMP, Agile, or other project/program management certifications a plus.
  • A strategic leader who can bridge business and technology effectively.
  • Someone with a hands-on approach who can manage details while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
  • A collaborative partner able to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
