The Club offers a wide range of amenities including three restaurants, multiple private dining and banquet spaces, a seasonal poolside grill, extensive outdoor recreation facilities, and overnight accommodations.
Position Summary:
The Director of Facilities Maintenance is a key member of CCR’s team, responsible for the care, maintenance, and safe operation of all Club facilities, infrastructure, and physical plant. This role ensures that the clubhouse, dining outlets, athletic facilities, pool complex, and related systems are maintained at the highest standards of excellence for members and guests.
The Director oversees a team of maintenance staff, manages relationships with outside contractors and vendors, and works closely with Club leadership to support daily operations, capital projects, and long-term facility planning. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with broad technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and proven experience in facilities management within hospitality, private clubs, or luxury residential environments.
Salary range: $90,000–$110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
