F&I Coordinator na Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc

Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening at its Voorhees, NJ sales office.  In this position we are looking for a motivated individual to join our F&I department.  Responsibilities: 

• Provide support to branches throughout the process of arranging customer financing. 
• Review finance packages to ensure all required paperwork has been submitted and that it complies with company requirements and regulations.
• Research discrepancies and/or verify account information. 
• Maintain database of all finance deals and create management reports.
• Ensure state(s) titling requirements for lender compliance. 
• Manage the equipment payoff process.
• Review all finance packages for completeness.
• Provide excellent customer service to our branches, customers, and lending partners.
• Backup finance invoicing through ERP system & electronic finance deal jackets.
• Additional responsibilities and/or special projects assigned by the manager. 

 Requirements:

• A degree in business administration or similar preferred.
• Knowledge of financial compliance requirements.
• Skill in developing business records and reports. 
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to handle multi-tasking & excel at problem solving.
• Excellent computer skills, including all Microsoft Office applications, are required.
• Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.
