Job Summary:
This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven marketing and eager to grow their expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic advertising. The strategist will play a key role in supporting campaign execution, reporting, and analytics across channels, with a strong focus on lead generation, audience optimization, and cross-functional performance insights that inform broader marketing decisions.
Primary Functions:
- Assist in the planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance data across channels to uncover insights that inform audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and media buying decisions.
- Mine search term reports for keyword optimization, including positive and negative keyword additions.
- Support lead generation initiatives by identifying high-performing audiences and refining conversion paths across media.
- Monitor and interpret key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, reach, frequency) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct competitive research and audience analysis to inform targeting and creative strategies.
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
- Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards to communicate results and strategic recommendations.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and proactively suggest solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field preferred; Associate degree with relevant experience will be considered.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, campaign optimization, or related fields.
- Experience with database management tools; familiarity with data integration and segmentation strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- SQL experience required for querying and analyzing marketing data.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience preferred.
- Understanding of marketing performance metrics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to change and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for travel and enthusiasm for promoting guided travel experiences.
Pay range starting at $55,000
