We are searching for an individual who embodies our SNB brand and values to provide superior people-focused service and support our lending team. As a key point of contact within the loan department, this individual must demonstrate professionalism and integrity while delivering administrative support that helps drive the department toward operational excellence.

Required for this position: Strong relationship-building and communication skills to work effectively with clients, lenders, and team members. Solid understanding of loan processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing, preparing, and processing loan files. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, while demonstrating strong collaboration and teamwork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and process loan paperwork, payments, advances, and payoffs.

• Maintain credit files and ensure proper scanning of loan documents.

• Submit and track documents with external agencies to secure liens.

• Provide reports and administrative support to lenders and loan staff.

• Assist with customer inquiries (phone and in-person).

• Support daily operations and contribute to team goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years professional office experience
• Accuracy and attention to detail required
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed
• Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
• Service-oriented, polite, and respectful
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion

HOURS:

Regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
