Responsibilities:
Master the calendar like a pro—set up appointments, coordinate outside sales meetings, and keep CRM systems humming.
Be the friendly face and voice for borrowers and business partners, attending events and meetings that keep our network thriving.
Keep communication flowing between clients, processors, and consultants—you're the heartbeat of the branch.
Work closely with operations to ensure every loan file is on track and closed with precision.
Deliver daily and weekly updates to your team so everyone stays in sync and ahead of the game.
If you're licensed, you'll get to flex your skills with originator duties (where legally allowed)—adding even more impact to your role.
Stay sharp and proactive, tackling tasks with initiative and keeping productivity high.
Uphold company standards while building strong relationships across the organization.
Requirements:
Demonstrates a commitment to the Company Culture.
Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis.
Ability to work with little to no supervision while performing duties.
High School Degree or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
One (1) + years’ experience working in a similar field preferred.
Continuing education classes required by licensing authority may be required if license is obtained
Continuing training classes required by the company to meet CFPB requirements

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between$20.00 and $22.50/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
