The Director of Administrative Services plays a critical role in the company as the head of the HQ and center administrative team while, simultaneously, ensuring oversight and consistency of the organization, monitoring, and supervision of all center administrative operations.
 
How you will create a World Without Limits:
  • Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of non-clinical positions at Behavior Frontiers’ centers across multiple states and provide administrative support, as needed, to centers without administrative positions.
  • Monitor, support, and supervise administrative positions to ensure competence and professionalism.
  • Maintain tracking of administrative position’s daily, monthly, and quarterly checklists.
  • Conduct monthly quality control review of center locations, through the facility walkthrough videos; prepare checklist of corrections and submit facilities requests and purchasing requests as needed.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of maintenance responsibilities for each facility and coordinate such maintenance needs with the facilities department and center staff in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a schedule to ensure that center materials are created, maintained and replenished (e.g., stimuli, flash cards, reinforcers).
  • Ensure that Center Office Managers are providing materials required to support and manage center clinical curriculum.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of Behavior Frontiers’ policies and procedures and general center HR needs, as well as disciplinary forms and procedures and coordinate with the HR department and center staff, as necessary.
  • Maintain schedule for business license and is responsible for the application and renewal process.
  • Maintain schedule and responsibility for safety meetings.
  • Coordinate annual safety inspections with facilities team. (e.g., fire extinguisher services, fire inspections).
  • Coordinate Chief Operating Officer and center Clinical Directors on any center closures.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to hire, train, and manage staff.
  • Ability to write policies and procedures, trainings, and SOPs.
  • Excellent communicator with contractors, vendors, and landlords.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with BF departments, such as Clinical, Marketing, Accounting, HR, and IT for all center operations items and needs.  
  • Clear understanding of the process flow of approvals for project completion.  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and consecutively.
  • Familiarity with project management software’s such as Monday.com.
  • Travel as needed to regional locations.
