Some duties include, but are not limited to, collecting information and detailing the student’s office visit in the school based electronic documentation system. The Health Paraprofessional is responsible to observe student conditions and perform necessary treatments/procedures in accordance to all policies, procedures and practice guidelines, promoting communication with all members of the team, maintaining complete, timely and accurate clinical documentation for each student and continually looking for opportunities to improve processes and workflow.
