ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provide administrative support, including managing sales documentation, retailer submissions, product samples, and online content.
- Liaise with Buyers and Retailers to ensure data accuracy and smooth product supply.
- Maintain key documents such as promotional matrices, price lists, and rebate trackers.
- Raise purchase orders, prepare newsletters, and generate weekly sales reports with forecasting insights.
- Coordinate materials and support for Toy Fair and previews, and attend the annual Trade Fair.
ABOUT YOU
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Experience working with major retailer platforms (e.g. Big W, Kmart, Target, Myer, Coles, Woolworths, Amazon).
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred, but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in the use of JDE

- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organised, with proven ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
