We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Technician to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Reporting to the Manufacturing Finance Manager, you will be a key part of our plant's finance team, helping to ensure accurate and timely financial data. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a Fortune 200 company and grow your skills in corporate accounting and manufacturing finance.
Your responsibilities will include
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Manual Journal Entries.
Prepare and reconcile accounts, including invoices, payments, and general ledger entries.
Help gather data and prepare reports for budget tracking and forecasting.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Ensure compliance with all internal controls and accounting standards.
Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Minimum requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.
Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides and Microsoft Excel

Preferred skills and experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Experience with SAP, Tableau, or other ERP/BI systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
