Description

The Customer Service Representative serves as the liasion between customers, managers and sales representatives to ensure orders are entered in an accurate, timely and efficient manner. We are seeking an individual who has strong people skills and the ability to take the lead in process improvement. This position is located at our headquarters in Macedonia, Ohio, and will align with our Hybrid work model.


Responsibilities: 

· Managing calls that come into the customer service phone queue.

· Providing customers with status updates, answers to questions and prompt resolutions of concerns. 

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude towards customers, internal and external employees.

· Willing to give feedback on and take lead of improvements for the customer service process.

· Accurately enter orders using our ERP system and prepare required shipping documents.


Key Challenges:

· Gain a thorough understanding of various pricing programs and product knowledge to ensure that customer’s expectations are met and exceeded.

· Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced enviornment.

· Build rapport while maintaining relationships with customers.

· Ongoing product knowledge training.

Requirements

· Associates degree and/or one to three years of Customer Service experience.

· Must be dependable, well organized and have strong people skills.

· Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

· Epicor and Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
