What we are looking for:

This is a Sales role that will contribute to Veritran’s mission by focusing on empowering banking and financial services potential customers on their digital transformation journey. Work as part of an exciting team of innovators that is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Veritran.

We are looking for a Sales Executive for Veritran based in NY, NJ, PA, GA, MA, TX, IL or remote to join our US team, where you will have the opportunity to drive digital technology transformation in partnership with our prospects in the financial services industry segment, to achieve both Veritran’s and customer business outcomes. Leveraging a multi-functional team across the Veritran platform and solutions portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your prospects and work with our commercial, partnerships, and extended teams to put together relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital transformation.

With a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration, this role will give you the opportunity to leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against your customer’s account plans.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve a multi-million-dollar sales quota by delivering flawless sales planning and execution, providing territory and account planning, and orchestrating internal teams to develop and win business opportunities in financial services customers in the U.S.

• Sales Leadership & Customer Obsession to understand the specific business needs of each segment / and prospect and coordinate the extended team to deliver solution proposal with high business value for potential client.

• Deliver business growth through execution of a Go to Markets (GTMs) to achieve customer business outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle.

• Drive executive engagements with business decision makers and C-Level executives.

• Maximize share of wallet, achieve targets (sales quota, deal implementation, solution adoption), and win against competition through flawless execution.

• You will lead and orchestrate relationships across the organization to achieve business value for customers and business results for Veritran.

Required/minimum qualifications

    • Strong network with community banks and credit unions

    • Good understanding about backend, mobile technologies and technical integrations. Used to working with IT Teams.

    • A thorough understanding of the financial services market in the US, regulation, technology needs such as core banking, front end, back end, middleware, technology and services

    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

    • Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude.

    • Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management negotiating and influencing to build consensus.

    • Excellent communicator. Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments

    • Availability to travel up to 35% of the time if needed.
