The Premier League’s Digital Media & Audience Development team aims to drive significant growth in audience reach and engagement across an earned, operated, owned and direct set of audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and enhance relationships and collaboration with Club personnel specific to the Premier League’s Digital Media strategy and its commitment on delivering value to Clubs.
 - Manage day-to-day direct communication strategy, as well as liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to promote the Premier League’s and partner’s various products.
 - Account management: 
- Managing the overall relationships with Clubs relating to digital matters
 - Aiding the wider Digital Media department (and beyond) collaborate and deliver value with and for Clubs
 
 - Strategic implementation: Driving understanding amongst Clubs of the benefit of the Premier League’s referral strategies and guidance on how to best to take advantage
 - Workshops: Lead the organisation of three key workshops across the season, used to meet with Clubs and relay PL Digital performance against our KPIs
 - In collaboration with colleagues, support on key market activations and on ground opportunities to grow fanbase fans and reach new fans
 
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A motivated, creative and organised individual with excellent communication skills
 - Strong experience in relationships management, ideally in an account handling or supplier relationship environment
 - Some experience working with insight, analytics and trends, including summarising reports
 - Marketing: Familiarity with direct marketing and the ways of driving value from owned audience(s)
 - Ability to interpret and explain data to both technical and non-technical audiences
 - Sound knowledge of the sports marketing landscape as well as the role rights holders play within it.
 - Ideation: Curiosity and willingness to explore and recommend new and innovative digital marketing methods.
 - Strong organisational skills with the ability to schedule and prioritise multiple work streams effectively
