THE ROLE |
Our commitment to security,
compliance, and risk management is foundational to the trust we build with our
clients and partners. As we scale, we’re strengthening our Risk and Security
team with a focus on robust governance and program execution. We work in an Agile environment, focusing on
continuous improvement, transparency, and data-driven decision-making. We are seeking a highly organized
and detail-oriented Project Management Office (PMO) professional to
support the execution, governance, and strategic alignment of programs within
our Risk and Security department. This role is pivotal in ensuring that risk
mitigation, compliance initiatives, and security programs are delivered
efficiently, on schedule, and within scope. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams including Information & Cloud Security, Risk & Compliance,
Product, Development, and IT, while also collaborating with international
stakeholders to support Security & Risk governance and reporting at the
executive level. |

OPPORTUNITIES |
- Develop and enforce PMO standards, tools,
templates, and best practices.
- Track, manage, and report on key departmental
and project metrics, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate regular project status
meetings, risk reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and
reports to communicate progress, risks, and KPIs.
- Support organizational readiness for
external audits and regulatory changes.
- Own the rollout of CSRO Training and
Awareness initiatives to the rest of the Company
- Support budgets forecasting &
submission including tracking forecasts vs actuals
- Support recruitment efforts across the
CSRO department

SKILLS |
- 5+ years of project or program management
experience, preferably within security, risk, or compliance functions in
the banking / financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project
Management, Information Security, or a related field. Or PMP, PRINCE2, or
equivalent project management certification.
- Relevant PMO experience working with / in
projects delivered using the Agile framework and principles (preferably
SAFe).
- Experience in a global or multi-regional
corporate environment
- Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk,
and Compliance) platforms.
- Previous experience supporting security,
regulatory compliance, or risk programs.
- Good understanding of
risk management, information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC
2), and governance structures.
- Excellent ability to provide concise and
well structured PowerPoint status reports for Senior Management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication,
stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools
(e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Planner).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Ability to work autonomously and be hands
on / ‘can do’ attitude person.
- Detail-oriented with excellent
organizational skills.
