A Senior Content Analyst under the Service Team - Research and Estimates is responsible in providing resolutions to clients based on investigation or examination. Be able to connect with clients via call/e-mail regarding their inquiry with complete information ensuring that all the vital action is taken to resolve a client’s inquiry.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
Understand client concerns/queries, investigate the issue, provide timely and satisfactory resolution avoiding multiple follow-ups for the same issue raised.
Participates in the development of new business proposals and assists on other ongoing project work as needed.
Perform case analysis, identify any issues, gaps that caused DC cases.
Train, coach, mentor, guide analysts who need extra attention regarding understanding concepts, policies, procedures, methodologies to achieve the targeted data quality via Bridge program.
Identify and lead clean-up projects, suggest Pre and Post-production checks to maintain data quality.
Identify clients who raise specific types of queries, identify queries that are measure/ticker/broker specific and provide solutions to reduce DCC.
Be flexible with shifts (monthly rotation), any ad-hoc shift changes.
Be able to manage CST Queue, connect with Help desk with respect to Service policies/procedures, work under stress.
Achieve DCC, MTTR, Quality of Service, Quality of Resolution targets.
Extend support to validations/QC/Actuals on weekdays, weekends whenever required.
Understand product functionalities, data flow, replicate issues and perform basic investigation so as to provide sufficient information to specialists to perform further investigation.
Supports specific sophisticated projects assigned and meets or exceeds the meaningful metrics defined.
Performs data investigation on diagnostic, descriptive, and statistical output during research projects.
Helps train, develop and be responsible for more junior analysts.
Demonstrates specific market / language skills to deliver on customer / business requirements, adhering to the quality metrics set.
Leads and supports in the resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues.
Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets or compliance industry.
Uses the approved sources to identify the data, convert / make valuable contributions to the data or use the data as is defined in the collection policy.
- Collaborates with internal teams and external teams to support sourcing and collection of data
Reports process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Take part in maintaining high-level of quality in estimates data.
Ability to drive projects, take initiative and implement process improvements.
Perform analysis of queries raised and provide summaries to different partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Meaningful experience in Financial Markets or industry expertise.
Basic knowledge of products and services is preferable.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power point, PowerBi
Content Expertise (Estimates, Actuals, Guidance).
Good communication; written and verbal.
Client facing experience (Addressing Brokers, IRs, service users) is helpful.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
