You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management Platform International team in Zurich, supporting the needs of our businesses across LATAM. Our role is to collaborate with local and regional businesses and technology teams to define a platform strategy and support delivery front to back across all areas needed by our business. We support the business who provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

We’re looking for a candidate who:
• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in Portuguese would be useful but is not required
• is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs and follow through on tasks independently
• is tech-savvy and resourceful, able to quickly learn internal tools and systems, navigate digital workflows, and support data-driven decision-making
• has prior experience in project coordination
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
