Job Title: Program Supervisor

Location: Washington, DC
Position Type: Full-time, Contract (Service Contract Act Position)

Summary:
The Program Supervisor oversees Support Coordinators in the Mega Victim Case Assistance Program (MCAP). This role ensures quality, timeliness, and compliance with contractual requirements while managing call center operations, victim communication, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Support Coordinators and monitor daily performance.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to program requirements.
• Conduct research and verification of victim and restitution data.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems and management reports for MCAP.
• Provide training, guidance, and quality control oversight.
• Serve as backup Support Coordinator when needed.
• Collaborate with EOUSA Program Manager on workload prioritization.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, criminal justice, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online database research tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong analytical and quality control abilities.
