What you´ll do

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with operations, procurement, and sales to balance efficiency, cost, and on-time delivery.
  • Translate demand forecasts into material and capacity requirements, ensuring raw materials are available.
  • Track inventory, resolve scheduling conflicts, and communicate changes and priorities across departments.
  • Generate performance reports and drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes. 

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 2 years experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within manufacturing.
  • Previous experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities across teams and levels.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and adaptability to shifting demands.

The salary for this role is $55,000.00- $65,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
