Exercises supervision over the following:

  • New Client Integration Specialist

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participates with senior management in determining and formulating sales strategies, sales forecasts, new business development and the organizational structure of the Sales and Marketing functions in order to best accomplish corporate objective and profit goals. 
  • Assists with and/or manages the sale of Fosdick Fulfillment Corporation services by prospecting new clients and enhancing sales to existing accounts 
  • Prepares quotes, terms of sale, etc. subject to approval of senior management. Explains services and assists prospective accounts to select those services which best meet their needs.
  • Collaborates with upper management in preparation for contacting established accounts for the purpose of expanding business and responding to changing needs which these clients might have.
  • Promotes and maintains client relationships and good will by actively monitoring the timeliness and quality of services provided by the Sales and Client Services functions between Account Executive and the Operations. Reports finding regularly to senior management
  • Assists in the preparation of quotations for both prospective clients and existing clients. Contacts prospective clients to obtain additional information regarding quotation and/or specifications. As directed, may contact prospective clients to determine status of existing quotations.
  • Schedules client contract reviews on time periods determined by senior management. Works with other departments to gather pertinent information such as production rates, specific activities, time spent on the client, and other applicable criterion so that the existing agreement can be reviewed and revised as needed. Works with clients to implement changes. Notifies accounting department upon implementation.
  • Keeps New Client Integration Specialist involved in the sales process of new accounts. 

in order to insure a smooth transition when onboarding accounts.  

  • Works with other pertinent departments to arrange, coordinate, notify, and conduct tours of Fosdick facilities with prospects and existing clients.
  • Works, in conjunction with New Client Integration Specialist, to arrange meetings, if needed, with clients and Fosdick staff to discuss set-up needs and maintains a record of the understandings arrived at during those meetings.
  • Keeps abreast of general business and economic conditions, competitive services and other conditions that may affect business levels and document recommendations for senior management review. 
  • Recommends participation in specific trade shows to senior management.  Participates in trade shows, exhibits and other events which promote the services offered by the Fosdick Fulfillment Corporation. Greets visitors and answers questions regarding Fosdick Fulfillment Corporation.
  • Directs and participates in developing, motivating and training staff.
  • Establishes and actively promotes the concepts of teamwork and commitment to provide exemplary service to the Clients.
  • As directed, starts and completes a variety of different projects for the Company. Assists in marketing research efforts and marketing programs and promotions.
  • Answers Sales line; fields inbound prospect calls and directs callers. 
  • Complies appropriate information and aids in the preparation of monthly sales report. Prepares and submits weekly activity and monthly expense reports.
  • Performs related duties as may be required.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Requires graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Business Administration or a related field, plus two to three years of direct sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and qualifying experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work is conducted under usual office working conditions with virtually no disagreeable features. This position requires training within the operations and other internal departments. The position requires incumbent to frequently travel to the facilities of prospects and clients and occasional travel to trade show locations and trade association meetings using public transportation and personal vehicle.
