We are looking for a/an [[Inside Sales Representative]]  to join our [[Sulzer]]  team in [[La Porte, Texas]] .

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

• Provide project status updates and serve as liaison between operations and customer for updates regarding deliveries, customer service issues, etc.
• Responsible for executing the proposal generation and archive process within the ERP business system
• Ensure all proposals are reviewed per Sulzer’s internal delegation of authority and create Margin Summary Review sheet
• Coordinate and manage as needed the resolution of project issues, questions, and concerns.      
• Manage the release of all project scopes and project hand-offs to the operations group(s).
• Provide project status updates and serve as liaison between operations and customer for updates regarding deliveries, customer service issues, etc.
• Facilitate communications between the customer, ASM and operations group ISRs have duties and responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient use of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Time management skills
• Understanding of basic financial concepts
