Hourly Rate – Training $20.48, Level 1 $22.75

The Role
As a Casting Operator you will verify part numbers, load and unload ceramic molds into the burnout furnace and transfer them using specialised handling equipment. You will ensure molds are tempered to exact specifications, move them into a vacuum pour unit, and place filled molds on cooling racks. Once stabilised, you will transfer them to the next stage – keeping production smooth and precise.
