What You’ll Do
- Inspire & Lead: Build, train, and mentor a high-energy sales team while cultivating a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence.
- Drive Performance: Set aggressive but achievable goals for new and used vehicle sales, consistently pushing for growth and measurable results.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day dealership operations with a focus on inventory control, lot presentation, customer experience, and profitability.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Implement winning strategies that align with dealership objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
- Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and messaging drive traffic and conversion.
- Close Deals & Coach Closers: Lead from the floor—structure deals, negotiate with confidence, and elevate your team's closing capabilities.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor performance metrics and sales reports to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and course-correct where needed.
- Lead by Example: Promote compliance, professionalism, and ethical conduct at all levels of the dealership.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in retail automotive sales—General Sales Manager or General Manager experience preferred
- Strong track record of driving sales performance and building successful teams
- Hands-on approach with a passion for culture transformation and operational excellence
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and coaching skills
- Motivated by results and capable of holding teams accountable in a constructive, inspiring way

Paid Time Off (PTO):
