Jockey is seeking a Creator Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Creator Marketing Manager will help lead Jockey’s efforts to harness the power of authentic voices, diverse perspectives, and vibrant communities to spark discovery, inspire connections, and drive growth. This role is key to transforming creators into brand storytellers and loyal consumers into advocates—building trust and amplifying relevance in the moments that matter most. You will shape and scale creator-driven campaigns that not only fuel sales but deepen emotional resonance and long-term loyalty to the Jockey brand.

This position will be located at our office in Nashville, TN!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Creator Marketing Strategy & Execution
    • Collaborate with Director to develop and implement a bold creator marketing strategy aligned with Jockey’s brand values, seasonal priorities, and growth goals.
    • Identify, vet, and onboard creators across social platforms who embody our brand and resonate with the target consumer.
    • Establish clear objectives, success metrics, and partnership terms that ensure mutual value.
    • Co-create engaging, relatable content with creators—including product spotlights, everyday moments, and lifestyle storytelling—that sparks both emotional connection and immediate action.
    • Nurture long-term relationships with creators that grow beyond campaigns, tapping into their creativity and community influence.
    • Own end-to-end campaign logistics including product fulfillment, content timelines, and delivery milestones to ensure seamless execution.
    • Manage creator contracts to ensure clear terms, usage rights, and timely payment processing.
    • Track performance and optimize strategies using insights, platform data, and social commerce attribution tools.
    • Stay ahead of creator trends, platforms, and tools to ensure Jockey remains relevant and agile in an evolving digital landscape.
  • Community Building & Engagement
    • Build and cultivate a thriving ecosystem of brand advocates—creators, customers, and fans—who proudly share their Jockey moments.
    • Identify and elevate loyal customers and micro-creators who authentically represent our mission.
    • Launch community-driven initiatives that invite participation, reward engagement, and celebrate belonging.
    • Partner cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive voice, tone, and brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.
    • Support and coordinate creator-led and brand-hosted events that foster real-world connection, amplify creator voices, and generate authentic content opportunities.
    • Leverage community insights to inform product, creative, and campaign strategy—ensuring our brand remains people-first.
  • Driving Sales & Revenue Growth
    • Integrate creator and community marketing into our broader commerce ecosystem, focusing on impact and conversion.
    • Use affiliate links, discount codes, UTM tracking, and other tools to measure ROI and refine performance.
    • Concept and launch shoppable campaigns that move consumers from inspiration to action, from swipe to sale.
    • Collaborate with DTC, content, and paid media teams to create seamless journeys from creator content to checkout.
    • Regularly report on creator marketing performance, learnings, and growth opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • OTHER
    • Support the organic social media team with scheduling, weekend coverage, and strategy/brainstorms as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social commerce, or creator marketing with proven results in driving engagement and revenue.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with influencers.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and analytics.
  • Experience in building and nurturing online communities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work outside traditional work hours, as needed, in an “always-on” social environment.
