This role will be required to travel to Orlando area, Lakeland and Daytona Beach.
Responsibilities
- Providing front-line technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.
- Be responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets in a timely manner.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook 365 & and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Certifications are preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
- Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
- Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
- CDK & BMW experience desired but not required.
