Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments, and will be responsible for supporting both hardware and software systems across multiple locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to travel to various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
· System Administration & Cloud Services
· Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure environments.
· Administer Office 365 accounts, licenses, and services.
· Configure and manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
· Ensure system security and compliance across platforms.
· Hardware & Software Support
· Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, digital signage, and POS systems.
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
· Set up and manage printers and peripheral devices.
· Configure permissions and access controls for laptops and mobile devices.
· Site Support & Troubleshooting
· Travel to various company locations to provide on-site support.
· Diagnose and resolve issues with digital screens and POS systems.
· Perform general troubleshooting for network, application, and device issues.
· Documentation & Process Improvement
· Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
· Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of:
· Microsoft Azure
· Office 365
· Active Directory
· Windows OS (client and server)
· Experience with hardware setup and troubleshooting (printers, laptops, digital screens, POS).
· Ability to travel to different sites as needed.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of professional experience.
· Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, or similar.
· Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
· Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
