As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will translate that passion into a customer-centric strategy to ensure Kyocera achieves revenue and profitability goals by providing accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis for both Direct and Channel sales. You have a passion for superior customer service, data analytics, and process optimization.  You pride yourself on being efficient, accountable, and always acting with a sense of urgency.  In this role, you will:

Enable frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by timely providing critical sales data and monitoring sales attainment progress.

 

Provide superior customer experience for our authorized dealers and sales partners by ensuring our sales processes are highly efficient, accurate, properly executed, and clearly communicated.   

 

Ensure timely execution of supporting sales processes, including territory authorizations, tier pricing, sales promotions, and rebate incentives.

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Support the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
  • Execute sales administration processes, with a strong focus on efficiency and automation.
  • Assist internal customers with their execution of sales-related programs and field their program inquiries.
  • Develop Power BI sales and activity reports that drive the right sales engagement
  • Analyze partner sales activity and program participation to identify underperforming segments and recommend adjustments to engagement and incentive strategies.
  • Maintain new and existing customer information in the system of record.
  • Assist with all product pricing updates in Oracle for the Channel Sales Division and our Direct Subsidiaries.
  • Partner with Channel Marketing to assist with Promotion creation, system setup, execution, and reporting, such as Pinnacle and Circle of Excellence
  • Work closely with Finance to coordinate accruals and assist with internal audits of financial results and product performance when required.
  • Analyze Channel and Direct Sales product performance and other sales metrics.
  • Maintain and analyze data coming from the CRM.
  • Assist with the migration to the new Dynamics CRM platform
  • Maintain and compile various reports and analyze the data, turning it into comprehensive presentations for the sales teams to use for weekly meetings.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of sales or sales operations support.
  • Proven track record of being able to grasp concepts quickly and have excellent follow-through.
  • Excellent MS Excel experience, including report creation, v-lookups, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Highly efficient, customer-oriented, organized, and able to complete tasks in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent people skills enabling you to collaborate, innovate, coordinate, and influence across organizations.
  • Strong presentation skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using Business Intelligence and CRM applications like Tableau and SalesForce.
  • Proficient with Oracle-based programs preferred (Discoverer, etc.)

The typical pay range for this role is $71,000 -$88,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
