This internship opportunity is based in our Neenah office. The ideal candidate for the position will be available to start in Spring 2026 and a second position will be available Summer of 2026 with graduation dates of May 2027 or later with a Bachelor’s degree.
This can be a year-round internship; during the summer and school breaks, the position is 40 hours per week. During the school year, this position can be part-time (approximately 15/20 hours per week) based on your class schedule and our company’s business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- File set-up for Underwriters (including websites, diagrams, aerial photos, ITV evaluation, loss run evaluation, MVR evaluation, etc).
- Working with Underwriting Assistants
- Ad-hoc project work as assigned
- Learn about the insurance industry through some class/book work and job shadowing/ride along opportunities
- Reviewing and processing small insurance account renewals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Self-starter
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to come to conclusions after analyzing set of facts, based on information provided during training
- Able to work in the following software --- Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Looking for undergraduate entering into their junior or senior year with a business focused degree, and ideally an interest in the Insurance industry.
