These skills will be used to:
Database (Administration & Engineering):
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing enterprise databases using tools such as Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric
- Learn and apply best practices in database performance tuning, backup strategies, and security management alongside experienced DBAs and engineers
- Collaborate with Application Development and Support teams to ensure data integrity and efficient data flow across systems
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues, gaining hands-on experience with real-world production environments
Data Analytics:
- The ideal Data & Analytics Co-Op candidate is interested in utilizing data to find patterns and solve business problems
- Utilize reporting and database tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SSRS, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Work closely with other members of the Data & Analytics team to learn best practices and gain real world experience
- Partner with other IT teams, such as Application Support, Database Administration, and Product Ownership to understand business processes and needs
Preferred Qualification:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information technology, business analytics, or related fields
- Recent coding experience, specifically within SQL, DAX, Python, or others is a plus
- Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Physical demands and work environment:
- Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
- Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
