Essential Functions:
Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of OhioGuidestone, performing with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.
Design and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions (e.g., star/snowflake schemas) for clinical and administrative data.
Develop and manage secure, efficient ETL/ELT pipelines using appropriate tools (i.e. Airflow, dbt, or Informatica).
Optimize data models for performance, quality, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
Build front-end dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI (preferred), React or Tableau to support healthcare analytics.
Collaborate with analysts, clinicians, and IT to translate business needs into data solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and high availability in a healthcare-compliant environment.
Improve user experience and interaction on internal platforms.
Monitor and analyze business intelligence data and make recommendations for data warehouse growth and integration.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in reporting tools and data warehousing.
Present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts.
Demonstrate positive leadership, promote a team-based work environment and a culture of belonging.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data warehouse design and management, preferably in healthcare, with demonstrated knowledge and expertise in enterprise architecture implementations.
Qualifications:
Mission driven; strong desire to make an impact
Strong SQL and experience with platforms like Microsoft Fabric (preferred), Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
Proficient in front-end development (React, Angular) and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Familiar with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Flexible; able to work days, evenings, and/or weekends, as required to meet the needs of the organization.
