We are currently seeking a Director of Financial Systems based out of our corporate office located in Houston, TX.
Objective:
The Director of Financial Systems provides functional and technical support to Dynamics365 and associated financial applications and provides support to remote end users. Incumbent is responsible to ensure compliance with change management and SOX related controls for areas under their responsibility. Works with the business to gather, configure, and support function and technical requirements for financial systems.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Designs, implements, and configures financial systems
- Provides continued support to end users
- Evaluates need for additional modules to existing systems
- Partners with the business to determine new requirements
- Manages staff of IT professionals
- Manages consultants and liaises with business partners on project milestones
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Degree Field: Computer Science or similar practice
- 4-6 year’s of related work experience with D365
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s Degree
- Degree Field(s): Computer Science or a related field
- 6-8 years of related work experience with D365
- Ability to read analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Physical Requirements:
- Precise hand/eye coordinator – N/A
- Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions - Constantly
- Lifting/pushing objects weighing over: 20lbs - Occasionally
