OVERVIEW
The IT Support Intern will support daily activities, assist staff across the organization, and learn hands-on technical skills that will help prepare for future roles in technology.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and configure computers, printers, and network devices.
- Deliver and prepare IT equipment for staff in the office and remote sites.
- Assist with troubleshooting email, printing, scanning, and basic computer issues.
- Help organize and maintain IT equipment and asset records.
- Perform device, server, and computer management tasks.
- Prepare and manage FedEx/UPS shipping labels and help with shipping and receiving IT equipment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Students or recent grads in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Curious, hands-on learners who want to build technical skills.
- Reliable team players with an interest in technology.
