What We’re Looking For

We want to connect with CADD professionals who:

  • Have 3–5 years of drafting/design experience in survey or civil engineering.
  • Are proficient in Bentley MicroStation InRoads and/or OpenRoads Designer      (ORD).
  • Bring strong AutoCAD skills (Carlson Survey experience a plus).
  • Understand MaineDOT CADD standards and plan requirements (preferred).
  • Communicate clearly, stay organized, and thrive in a collaborative project setting.
  • Care about producing work that is precise, efficient, and reliable.

  

What You’ll Do

  • Transform survey data into existing conditions surveys and client-ready drawings.
  • Prepare right-of-way plans that meet MaineDOT and client specifications.
  • Convert data between AutoCAD and MicroStation platforms.
  • Research and compile transportation/right-of-way records.
  • Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Support engineers and project managers with documentation and deliverables.
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and technical excellence.
