Are you passionate about empowering youth and families to thrive?  Join our supportive Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) team at Easterseals PORT Health as a full-time MST Therapist serving Pitt County and surrounding areas! You’ll provide in-home, evidence-based therapy that helps youth thrive, strengthens family bonds, and creates lasting change—all while being supported by a collaborative team that celebrates every breakthrough.

What You’ll Do

Conduct MST assessments by reviewing referrals, connecting with key participants, and understanding problem behaviors within each family’s unique context. Partner closely with caregivers to overcome barriers and actively involve them in change-focused treatment. Use the MST Analytic Process to guide treatment planning, deliver targeted interventions, and track progress, while keeping thorough documentation aligned with MST principles. Work collaboratively with schools, courts, and other community systems to ensure coordinated care, and stay engaged in ongoing training and development to grow your skills.

How You’ll Benefit

You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate of $19.71–$25.00, based on your experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for eligible positions, along with mileage reimbursement for travel, as you’ll be providing services directly in clients’ homes and communities.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you must be willing to provide care in community and office-based settings, participate in the crisis phone support rotation, have strong communication skills and able to link clients to community resources. The service area for this position is Pitt and surrounding counties. We also require the following:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field;
  • or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of experience working in family and/or youth services.
  • A valid driver's license, current auto insurance and a good driving record
  • Experience in different modalities and their application
