Duties
You will plan, administer, and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective support of programs and policies.,You will provide technical and administrative supervision to subordinate employees on all facets of government financial processes and policy.,You will provide integrated and comprehensive financial advice and assistance to command leadership.,You will perform non-standard authoritative analysis of resource related processes to provide briefings to key personnel, senior planners, and consultants.,You will represent the organization with commitment authority on financial and resource related issues and functions, especially with higher-level staff and subordinated detachments assigned under this organization.,You will develop an integrated financial planning and reporting process that involves both long-range plans and the annual budget as a segment of those plans.,You will analyze, evaluate, and synthesize financial end-products to compare actual performance with planned objectives and interpret/interrelate program plans, budget proposals, costs of operations, and program accomplishments.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: 1. Coordinate and execute all facets of financial processes and policy related to budget planning and formulation, financial document preparation and coordination, and other financial management functions. 2. Develop an integrated financial planning and reporting process that involves both long-range plans and the annual budget as a segment of those plans. 3. Perform non-standard authoritative analysis of resource related processes to provide briefings to key personnel, senior planners and consultants. 4. Plan, distribute, coordinate and monitor work assignments of others; evaluate work performance; and develop others.
