Position Overview:

As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in creating memorable stays for our guests by maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. This position is responsible for cleaning and resetting guest rooms to the highest standards of luxury and hospitality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and service a designated number of guest rooms per shift in accordance with brand and hotel standards.

• Replace linens and towels, make beds, vacuum carpets, and clean all surfaces including bathrooms, marble, and tile areas.

• Sanitize high-touch areas and maintain cleanliness throughout the bedroom, living room, and bathroom spaces.

• Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts, and place them in designated service areas.

• Restock guest amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotions, and writing materials.

• Report maintenance issues or guest concerns to the appropriate departments promptly.

• Uphold hotel policies, including Stonebridge Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.

• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment by collaborating respectfully and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

• Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

• High school education is not required; related experience is a plus.

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting is preferred but not required.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and pushing up to 30 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering a clean and welcoming environment for every guest.
