Home health has become an important piece of the full spectrum of care provided by Franciscan Health. Home Health Managers are the bridge between the physician and the patients. This role oversees the hands-on care of our patients – ensuring that each individual receives compassionate care in line with our expectations and in compliance with all regulations. You have to be good at managing staff, preparing budgets, leading a team… key management skills that all contribute to the highest quality home healthcare.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Manage the Crawfordsville Home Health Team
Prepare, manage and control budget, and monitor and analyze variances.
Define job requirements: interview and hire qualified applicants.
Complete performance appraisal of staff members.
Communication tools are developed and utilized to distribute information to staff and others.
Strong Leadership skills.
Plan and direct management information systems to meet internal and external needs.
Function as an active member of the management team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Nursing / Patient Care - Required
Preferred Master's Degree Nursing / Patient Care - Preferred
3 years Nursing/Patient Care - Required
2 years supervision/management - Preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board - Required
Drivers License - Drivers License - Required
Auto Insurance - Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association - Required
